Madagascar Cave Fish

Posted by Shawn Gordon:   In the caves of Madagascar lurks the Glossogobbius, a pigmentless, blind, fish which a group of researchers from the American Museum of Natural History in New York, Hunter College, and the University of Antananarivo, hope to discover its evolutionary history.   Hopefully through DNA analyses, they can  determine how the various subterranean freshwater habitats are connected and how they have adapted.
